I think it's a baby boobie. It's hard to tell, but if you look hard enough it looks like a little speckled baby bird with its back end facing the camera and its head buried in the mother bird's feathers. That's the only thing I can think of, because I've never seen a bird with balls, which is what that also kind of looks like.

Ok that makes more sense. I was about to say, how could that poor boobie get by in life dragging that extra weight around, were it truly a boobie scrote.

haha..I suppose it's a good thing that they can't fly either. Who'd want to get smacked by a low-flying boobie sack? I'm not sure if that's possible in nature but hey gotta be cautious.
